Providing emergency placement for infants through teenagers along with crisis intervention, family visitation, aftercare case coordination, medical care and supportive services.
Independent living services assisting young adults ages 18-21 who do not have an identified system of support and would otherwise be homeless. Participants receive the necessary financial and emotional support so that they will be empowered to become self-sufficient, contributing members of the community.
Iowa's Department of Human Services funded program for youth ages 17 until completion of their high school diploma/GED. The youth live independently, learn life skills, are monitored, and provided support to empower them to achieve personal goals based service-plan developed with youth, their family, and DHS/JCS worker.
